Delivery

Delivery is 3-7 working days, parcels are posted via Royal Mail and are tracked, recorded and have to be signed for, if you miss you parcel a red card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting office. If you refuse or do not collect you item will be returned to the Hooked-Up Headquarters. We are usually very efficient and your parcels in most cases will arrive within 1-2 days however the Royal Mail Guideline state to allow up to 7 working days. 

Please ensure the correct Delivery address is on your PayPal we will not reimburse products that have been sent to the wrong address. 

Postage is £2.99

International Orders 

We now accept International orders simply add what you want to your basket and follow the payment instructions. International postage starts at £9.99 and ends at £18.99 if however you order something significantly large and the postage costs are higher we will contact you before sending. All payments will be taken in £GBP your order can take 7-14 working days. We post out parcels Royal Mail international recorded and tracked so your parcel will be travelling to you in the safest way possible. We will accept exchanges for international orders however we will ask for you to pay for the repostage back to you which may sometimes not be worth while. 

Please check before ordering whether your item will incur a customs charge as you will be liable to pay this. 

If an item goes missing we will need to open an investiagtion with out postage provider which can take up to 30 days. 


Missing Parcels

Missing Parcels -  All our parcels are tracked. This means we can see when it has been signed for and if you have missed it. Missing parcels claims cannot be made until 14 days. If someone else has claimed your parcel pretending to be you this is beyond out control and you will need to take it up with the Royal Mail they have procedures readily in place for these type of events we will help you as much as we can and will provide you with any information you need.

Payment is taken via PayPal. You are covered under the buyers protection act.


Returns

We do not accept returns but will exchange providing you follow the terms and conditions to qualify for an exchange. 

Our products class underwear/shapewear garment which means we do not have to accept returns - we accept exchanges as a gesture of good will as we understand the correct size is not always easy to order online.

We do not accept returns but will exchange providing you follow the terms and conditions to qualify for an exchange 

If you are shipping an item to me you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot accept liability for missing parcels. 

We do not refund any postage costs for exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

We offer an exchange service which most shapewear  companies do not. Please don't abuse this privilege or it will spoil it for others in the future. Do not return an item that has clearly been worn e.g. Deodorant marks, hairs, forced stretching ripples, dirt , torn packaging. To return an item it needs to be in new condition so it can be resold. If you do not qualify for an exchange we will reject your exchange request. No exchanges on Candylipz, cosmetics or underwear garments (compression pants, knickers) 


Before returning your corset for an exchange. 

I have had the situation where customers feel the corset is too small order the size up and its too big. As a general rule they are not easy to get on ... lay your corset flat on the floor the top part will be narrower and start to flare out at the bottom towards your hips. Lay on top of the corset and start doing it up from the bottom and work your way up. If the corset is tight at the bottom and loose at the top chances are its on upside down. 


FAULTY ITEMS (30 days)

If an item is faulty a replacement will be sent after I have received the product back for inspection. I have a 30 day policy with my supplier on which if any faults surface within 30 days I can get my money back and you can get a replacement. Due to these garments being worn everyday and subjected to gym wear, sweating, bending etc any faults after 30 days will not come under my policy. Its probably time to get a new one anyway if its after this time. The exact same item in the Exact same size will be returned.
